Initial Call
We will set up a 30-minute phone appointment with one of our experienced project managers to discuss your outdoor living vision and determine a good time to come view your backyard space.
On-Site Consultation
After your initial call, your project manager will go to your home to view the backyard space, take potential measurements and discuss the project vision and budget at large.
Proposal
If we agree on the project vision and budget, the next step is creating a proposal for you. The proposal will include a 3D design drawing with dimensions, rendered views, and elevations so you can see what the project will look like after completion. Your project manager will meet with you to review your proposal, present the contract and answer any questions.
Material Selection
Once the contract is signed, you and your project manager will finalize variables such as stones, stains, paint colors, and any other final selections needed for your project. We do this quickly after the signing of the contract in case there are time constraints on having the material ready when construction begins.
Approvals & Permits
Many areas require a permit or HOA approval for outdoor living projects. We will handle every submission, inspection, and approval required. Depending on the location and neighborhood, this process can add on to the timeline of the overall project.
Scheduling
The timeline of your project will be dependent on many factors—time of year, number of projects in progress, the weather, scale of project and client's flexibility. We do our very best to keep the production of your project moving once we begin working, but there may be some lag time between trades.
Project Management
Your project will be managed and supervised by a dedicated project manager. They will ensure your outdoor living space is designed as communicated and will work directly with you throughout the duration of the project.
Warranty
We provide you with a written warranty for both material and workmanship. We stand behind what we build and will make repairs if necessary.
